eMerging Entrepreneurs, Inc. is a North Carolina registered 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, that provides Small Business Training and Entrepreneurial Developmental services to military and minority communities. The organization serves to provide a grassroots approach to assisting those who seek to advance their small business interests; partnering with state & federal agencies, universities, local chambers of commerce, and military installations in an effort to extend high-tech training & resource solutions to underserved communities. This initiative comes in response to growing, national, bipartisan efforts by Congress and the Obama Administration to spearhead job growth and economic stimulation, amidst what many consider to be the harshest period of joblessness and socio-economic decline of this generation. The organization services those who seek to advance themselves and their small businesses interests by way of these (the “Vow to Hire Heroes Act”, “The American Jobs Act”, etc.) and other federal initiatives, in the interest of promoting economic prosperity, job growth, and entrepreneurialism.

ENTREPRENEURIAL DEVELOPMENT:
The primary focus of the eMerging Entrepreneurs program is to assist in the targeted growth of small business owners struggling within the developmental stages their endeavors. Entrepreneurs ourselves, our staff of advisors and volunteers can relate to the personal and operational strains aligned with branching out to pursue an independent interest; whether in private enterprise, government procurement, social development, or even the arts. We extend the expertise of not only our firm, but also the valued knowledge of our network in an effort to accommodate and support the project focuses of our clients.
SMALL BUSINESS TRAINING & EDUCATIONAL RESOURCES:
Our organization offers business planning & consulting services to not only start-up & seed-stage projects, but to established business ventures as well; all in support of a growing, national effort to advance entrepreneurialism and job growth within suffering communities across the country. We have also structured programs catered to university youth, in the interest of cultivating fresh ideas and spearheading new, creative business opportunities.
GOVERNMENT CONTRACTING:
Experienced in various aspects of strategic development, our team has the professional capabilities to assist in addressing a number of entrepreneurial concerns; and as part of our servicing interests, we plan to further introduce alternative solutions to work in conjunction with the advancing needs of clients. We are more than capable of taking on a number of tasks and responsibilities; ranging from the necessary development of a focused Executive Summary, to aiding with federal CCR (Central Contracting Registration) & ORCA (Online Representation and Certification Application) registrations necessary for competitive procurement and government contracting assignments.
WEB-BASED TRAINING PROGRAM:
Also, our organization has launched a series of internet-based training tutorials known as the “20/20” Web-Based Development Program. This innovative training initiative serves as the platform through which we develop ongoing, alternative solutions (beyond that of our base entrepreneurial curriculum). The program serves as the central means by which we’ve established our continued-education program catered to the specific needs of seed-stage business owners. We provide clients with an array of valuable developmental tools, such as: informational publications, program outlines, promotional correspondence from partnering organizations, and access to web-seminars/conferences /educational tutorials; all made available for the benefit of your business interests.
INDIVIDUAL SERVICES - SKILLS ASSESSMENT & RESUME WRITING:
Lastly, we offer functional resume writing services to individuals whose immense military talents, skills, leadership, and credentials may not translate as easily to conventional resume formatting. We recognize the importance of properly outlining one’s professional abilities, as well as the impact that a well-organized cover letter can have on an individual’s job search. Through this program, we assist those in transition by helping them to highlight their exceptional talents, strengths, and/or military service record in a manner than further communicates their abilities to operate and lead in an executive capacity.
